No, you do not HAVE to return the core. Keep in mind that for specific products (such as a Pan Hard Rod), there is a core charge applied to your order. If you do not return the core, we keep the core charge. If you return the core, we refund the core charge. It is a MUCH better deal if you return the core.
IN ORDER TO HAVE A CORE CHARGE RETURNED, ALL CORES MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 6 WEEKS OF THE SHIPMENT DATE OR YOU WILL FORFEIT THE REFUND OF THE CORE CHARGE!
Why do we ask for the core?
We use the core to create our products. If you do not return the cores, we have to purchase them. If you have any questions before or after installation, please give us a call at 704.635.7305 or contact us via email.

Just give us a call at 704.635.7305 (we need to gather all the pertinent information such as name, address, credit card number, etc). If we do not answer, leave a message as we are working in the shop and sometimes have a difficult time getting to the phone. We will call you back. We answer ALL voicemails typically within a few hours unless you leave a message very late in the day (where we will call early the next morning).
Very tough question since there are so many variables. It all depends on weight and the destination. To get a good estimate on shipping, the best thing to do is call us at 704.635.7305 or contact us via email. We will need the following information:
- what parts you want to be shipped
- where you are shipping it to (please include all shipping information even if overseas)
From that, we can give you a very close estimate to the actual shipping costs.
